The vista of the Osage Hills serve as a backdrop for The Restaurant at Gilcrease.

The Restaurant at Gilcrease offers a variety of seasonal menu items with a touch of Southwest influence, as well as the classic Gilcrease Remington Buffalo Burger. The restaurant also continues its tradition of Sunday Brunch, serving omelets and waffles, and a combination of breakfast and lunch items not ordinarily found on the menu. Cost is $19.95.

The Restaurant at Gilcrease is open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Museum admission is not required to dine at the restaurant.

Chef Geoffrey van Glabbeek

Tulsa native Geoffrey van Glabbeek is chef at The Restaurant at Gilcrease. Van Glabbeek is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. In 2006, van Glabbeek became the Executive Chef and General Manager of Lava Noshery, which was chosen as Best New Restaurant of 2007 by the Tulsa World. In 2008, van Glabbeek moved to Oklahoma City to be the Executive Chef at Soleil, located in the historic Colcord Hotel. He returned to Tulsa in 2009 and was named chef at The Restaurant at Gilcrease.
