Learn about compositional elements, explore the museum’s galleries and grounds on a scavenger hunt, and snap cellphone photos from a new perspective with artist Julianne Clark.

Noon-4 p.m. | Fall Paper Flower Making with Emily Chase
Create 3D flowers with paper artist Emily Chase using nothing but paper, brads and lots of imagination.

Noon-4 p.m. | Dia de los Muertos Nicho Boxes with Judy Arenas
Join local teacher Judy Arenas and make your own playful shadow boxes or “nichos” inspired by Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebrations in Mexico.

Noon-4 p.m. | Trick or Treat Still Lifes with Adam Carnes
Figurative artist Adam Carnes will demonstrate basic drawing techniques to guide you as you prepare your own sketches of Halloween candy. Guess the correct amount of candy in the jar to win the raffle prize.
