Two editions of a Gilcrease on Wheels newspaper make up the pre- and post-visit material. Each newspaper contains articles, maps, art projects, analysis, and group exercises.

Prior to the Gilcrease on Wheels visit, teachers will receive pre-visit newspapers, one for each student. These are to be reviewed in class prior to the program.

After the Gilcrease on Wheels program, teachers will receive post-visit newspapers, one for each student. These are to be reviewed in class after the program has taken place.
